Workshop

Modern craftsmanship across two specialist workshops in Masterton

Carrolls combines advanced manufacturing technology with traditional timber craftsmanship, giving us complete control over quality, bespoke customisations and delivery.

Cabinetry Workshop

Precision machinery gives Carrolls the efficiency to produce at scale without limiting the ability to customise.

The workshop includes a commercial-grade CNC, precision edgebander and modern production systems. Carrolls has continued to invest in this equipment to achieve better edges and finishes, improve reliability and keep more manufacturing under its own control.

High-quality dust extraction also creates a cleaner and safer working environment for the team.

Timber Workshop

Carrolls craftsperson assembling timber joinery by hand in the workshop.

Carrolls retains traditional timber capabilities that have disappeared from many modern joinery businesses.

Machinery from the 1960s and 70s remains in daily use, operated by joiners with skills developed over years at the bench. The workshop produces and restores timber windows, doors and stairs, as well as furniture, curved details and specialist pieces made from new, reclaimed and family-owned timber.
