From plans to production
We work from architectural plans and specifications, contributing our own design and technical expertise where the joinery needs further development. Detailed shop drawings are prepared for approval, allowing the project team to review the joinery before manufacture begins.
Manufacturing in Masterton
Carcasses, doors, laminate benchtops and HIMACS® acrylic solid surface are manufactured in our purpose-built Masterton factory. Modern machinery gives us the accuracy and production capacity required for larger joinery packages, while our cabinetmakers and timber joiners bring the skill needed for one-off pieces and more detailed architectural work.
Keeping these capabilities within Carrolls gives us direct oversight, from the approved drawings and material selections through to the finished work.
Installation
Our qualified installation team works with the main contractor and other trades to coordinate site measures, delivery and installation with the wider construction programme.
